  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting it to potential employers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOLDER.JOBS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Any failure to obtain employment or job interviews
  • Any actions taken by employers based on resumes generated using our service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
